The governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) in the ongoing gubernatorial election in Delta State, His Excellency, Olorogun Barr. Kenneth Gbagi, is currently coasting to victory as he wins his counterparts in the ruling Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP), Sheriff Oborevwori, in Oginibo, Ughelli south local government area of the state.
The SDP gubernatorial candidate equally choked the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Ovie Augustine Omo-Agege, All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Chief Great Ovedje Ogboru, Labour Party (LP), Ken Pela and others with a wide margin as earlier predicted by him.
Gbagi cleared all the 11 units of Jeremi Ward II, all in Oginibo, the country home of the renowned industrialist cum philanthropist.
Some of the available results coming in SDP scored 164, LP -16, APC 11, PDP 10, SSP – 125, SDP – 119, SDP 146, while in Unit 15, the SDP and LP governorship candidates, Gbagi and Pela, SDP defeated LP, polling 148.
