“There are some camps, you know most of these people that come from camp that are usually ignored, we put solar light in about three or four camps, they can go and ask them around the camps.
“But we are still putting solar lights, the whole Ubulu-Uku, straight road, we are going to put solar light within the next one or two months. So it’s an ongoing thing.
“We are happy to be there and we want to prove that we are capable. So, we just do things that we expect, that people expect of us and leave the rest for them to judge.
“Student are coming here by 6’O clock. They said they are coming to thank me because we have them scholarship, 300 of them,, N100,000 each for students in tertiary institutions.
“And we went through Aniocha /Oshimili students Union and then some people nominated too. But mostly from Aniocha /Oshimili student Union whose leadership said they are coming here today. But if I had known I would have told them to come around so that they would have meet you people.
“So we try as much as possible to do what we can and it is not something that we will sing everyday about. We expect people to tell whatever experience they have, thank God nobody will bribe students to come and lie.
“Of course we didn’t get around all the students but it is the students Union people that sent names and then and their account numbers and schools so we sent directly center to their account numbers.
“Well, the Asaba-Onitsha expressway which everybody uses, we were pained that the road was not repaired, you know, and honestly, nobody wanted to claim credit.

“I think within the next two weeks or so, the contractor came on site and did some palliatives. We said that is not even good enough, but they are trying to do permanent repairs now. So we didn’t sing about that.
“We didn’t say anything about that. But if they claim that we were not the ones that attracted the repairs, we say thank you to whoever attracted it and our people are using it”, he vibrant federal lawmaker added.
