ALLEGED IDENTITY THEFT: Oborevwori Wins Iwurie In Court

276

A Court sitting in Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja has thrown out a direct criminal charge case brought against Sheriff Oborevwori, the governorship candidate of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP), in Delta State.

The case filed by Hon. Evans Ivwurie is seeking to try Sheriff Oborevwori, the Speaker Delta State House of Assembly (DTHA), for identity theft on the basis of a procured black market forensic opinion on his educational certificates.

The Court dismissed the suit for lack of jurisdiction and resolved all six grounds of objection in favour of the defendant, Sheriff Oborevwori.
