A midnight attack has left no fewer than three policemen dead in Enugu State.
Trouble started on Wednesday night when hoodlums overrun Chime Avenue, New Haven, Enugu north local government area of the State.
It was gathered that the gunmen, drove in a Sienna Car, opened fire on policemen after they overtook their hilux van.
Three of the officers were said to have died on the spot.
The Enugu State Police Command is yet to issue a statement on the incident.
