Tension As Army Give PGs Matching Order To Produce Missing AK47 Rifle

All seems not to be well as the AK47 rifle of late Corporal Etaga Stanley, the police officer murdered by hoodlums while on official duty at Otovwodo Junction during the #ENDSARS protest, is still missing in Ughelli, the administrative headquarter of Ughelli north local government area of Delta State.

On this backdrop, Chairman of the council, Mr. Godwin Adode, the Nigerian Army and the Police have given the President Generals (PGs), of all the kingdoms in the council area a matching to as a matter of urgency, to produce missing the gun.

The Order was given Monday 12th October 2020, after the monthly security meeting to x-ray the security situation of the once serene town.

While expressing fears, the security operatives in the council area and the council boss noted that if the missing gun is left in the hand of the killers of the policeman, it would cause more danger to lives and properties in the council area.

Worried by the activities of Fulani Herdsmen in Ughelli north local government area, the President General(s) of all kingdoms in the council were asked to go to their Communities to take proper possession of their lands in and out.

“Identify who is residing in your community, take proper possession of your land in and out.

“Do more investigation to unravel those habouring the Herdsmen and criminals in your domain”.

It will be recall that a policeman was lnyched to death while carry out his legitimate duty at the Ughelli axis of East-West road by protesters of #EndSar at Ughelli.
