A Sokoto State High Court has convicted and sentenced Abdulmajeed Habeeblah and Nana Hauwau Umar to three years imprisonment each, for committing an Automated Teller Machine, ATM, fraud.
The presiding Judge, Justice Mohammed Mohammed convicted the duo on Monday, July 18, 2022 after pleading guilty to two count charges bordering on criminal conspiracy and theft, upon being arraigned by the Sokoto Zonal Command of the EFCC.
