Police in Delta State have neutralized a suspected kidnapper and rescued one victim.
The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) DSP Edafe Bright made the disclosure on Sunday July 30th 2023.
He revealed that the team recovered one double barrel gun from the suspect.
