An officer of the Nigerian Police Force (NPF), has been captured on camera, physically brutalizing an armless citizen on the road in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
The yet to be identified policeman in company of his colleagues as seen in the viral video, was flogging and slapping unidentified man putting on white attire.
In the video, the policeman was ordering the man in Pigin English to keep moving, “Waka dey go, I say go. I say waka dey go”, the officer commanded.
Leaving him with several slaps and cane on his body, while another officer was seen pushing the woman who was dressed on white and black into an waiting vehicle.
Meanwhile the man was heard asking the officer if he stole, “I thief, I thief”, he asked.
The voice of a female suspected to be a companion of the man been brutalized with a cane by the ruthless officer was equally heard calling her male occupant to come “let’s go”.
