The Lagos Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), arraigned one Miracle Enondano over alleged N43.5 million fraud in Lagos State.
Enondano was docked on Tuesday, July 26, 2022, alongside SGMX Resources Limited, before Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo of the Special Offences Court sitting in Ikeja, Lagos.
They arraigned on an eight-count charge bordering on obtaining money by false pretence and theft to the tune of N43.5 million.
