A Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt, Rivers State has sentenced three oil thieves to two years imprisonment each for illegal dealing in petroleum products without requisite license.
The Court presided over by Justice A. T. Mohammed jailed the trio of Samuel Jackson, Jonathan Naku and Elaye Tamarauseri on Friday, July 15, 2022, after pleading “guilty” to one-count separate charge bordering on illegal dealing in petroleum products, upon being arraigned by the Port Harcourt Zonal Command of the EFCC.
