A yet to be identified bandits have struck again in the volatile Ika north east local government area of Delta State.
Trouble struck again on Friday morning when an unidentify body of a woman lying lifeless along Owa Aliosimi/Abraka road, believed to have been strangled to death.
Ika north east, the council area of the incumbent goverrnor of the state, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, has been under allege siege by hoodlums who carry out their nefarious activities unspotted.
Indigenes and residents have cried out over the safety of their lives as a day hardly passes by without the report of one crime or the other.
It was gathered that the unidentified woman was returning from the farm when his assailants swoop on her.
As at the time of filing this report, nobody has come out to lay claim to the body even as the police in the State is yet to get details but the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), DSP Onome Onovwakpoyeya, promised to get back to The Story, shortly.
