The Nigerian Police Public, Delta State Command has handed over the traditional ruler of Ewu-Urhobo, His Royal Majesty (HRM), Clement Oghenerukevwe Ikolo, Urhukpe 1, who was declared wanted by the Nigerian army, Defence Headquarters on Thursday March 28th 2024, The Story can authoritatively report.
Following his name on the wanted list, the king turned in himself to the police same Thursday evening to prove his innocence in the whole saga, leading to the murder of 17 soldiers around Okuama community in Ughelli south local government area of Delta State.
The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), SP Edafe Bright, disclosed that the traditional ruler was handed over to the army today.
