A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, has dismissed a case filed against the Deputy Senate President, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, over alleged conviction abroad.

The Court ruled that the Senator representing Delta Central Senatorial District in National Assembly, has never been convicted in his life.
Plaintiffs’ case was dismissed and N300, 000 fine was awarded to each of the Defendants against the Plaintiff.
