An unidentified dispatch rider met his waterloo after a baby was discovered in his box attached to his bike in Sangotedo area of Lagos Island, Lagos State.
A viral video on social media showed when irate youths lynched the dispatch rider who was conveying the baby to an unknown destination.
It was learnt that the child was rescued by a group of people who reportedly heard the child’s cry while in traffic gridlock trying to navigate his way through.
The dispatch rider received multiple slaps at the hands of the mob before being transported to the nearest police station.
