Senator Ned Munir Nwoko, representing Delta North Senatorial District at the National Assembly, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the immediate past Governor of Delta State, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, CON, on the occasion of his 66th birthday.
