Delta State Commissioner for Information, Dr. Ifeanyi Osuoza has joined many Deltans and other Nigerians to felicitate with former governor of the State, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa on his 65th birthday.
The Information Commissioner described the former Senator as a man with “Visionary Sagacity, cerebral acumen, and astute” personality.
