The Chief Press Secretary to the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly (DTHA), Nkem Nwaeke, has conveyed heartfelt congratulations to Chief Amafini Akemotubo, popularly known as Ogbovia, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary today, January 9.
