THE STORY BREAKING NEWS: Prof. Azinge, Other Top Asaba Indigenes Protest Imposition Of Chairmanship Candidate

The president, Asaba Development Union (ADU), Prof. Epiphany Azinge alongside top Asaba Chiefs have taken to the street to protest against the candidature of the younger brother to Chinedu Okoh, as the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP), Chairmanship Candidate for the March 6th 2021 local government elections.

Although Prof. Azinge, is yet to speak, The Story, reliably learnt that the protesters are demanding that it is the turn of Okwe Community, to produce the next Chairman of the Council.

The protest which started from the Oshimili south Arcade pavilion on Friday 18th December 2020, led by Prof. Azinge and other top Asaba Chiefs, caused a serious gridlock on the popular and only Nnebisi road in the capital of the state.
