A house believed to be used for ritual purposes has been described by astonished persons as a “House of Death” has been discovered in Amaigbo Umu-Anu, Imo state.
The now mysterious house was first discovered in 2012, after a curious young boy called identified as Ebuka Ikechuku, made attempt to know the circumstances surrounding the house.
It was learnt that the young inquisitive boy, eager to know what is inside the house, jumped in through the fence but did not return till date.
Again, in 2018, some children where playing football and mistakingly shot the ball into the building, but the ball was thrown back to them.
It was gathered that the boy who mistakenly shot the ball into the building, died at midnight that same night as the gods of the house demanded for the little boy by knocking at their door, it was gathered.
A house popularly known as the “HOUSE OF DEATH”, belongs to millions of gods in Amaigbo Umu-Anu, a mystery many are yet to know.
The man who built the house is yet to be unknown to the villagers till date.
It was learnt that the house which no one lives in and doesn’t have cable connection and generator supply emanates light at night.
It was also gathered that one of the most dreaded part about the house is that it has no entrance gate, as it has only fence built around the building with no entrance into the building.
Observers said clothes hung within the house changes colour also.
In 2005, it was also believed a woman who was pregnant, was standing near the window in the building crying, with blood on her face.
When she closed back the window, till date no body knew how she vanished.
