…Say Walk Out On Protesting Students Is Unfatherly, Incapable
The Lagos State Chapter of Action Alliance Party (AA), has called for the immediate resignation of Minister of Education, Malam Adamu Adamu.
The call is coming on the heels of the minister’s decision to stage a walk out on students protesting the continued face-off between the government and members of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), which have obstructed their academic activities for the year.
The Publicity Secretary of the party, Ambassador Farouk, in a statement at the party Secretariat, said the minister has displayed unprofessional and unfatherly behavior who has children in any Government owned tertiary institution in Nigeria.
His conduct has further proved that the rulling party, APC placed low premium on Education and concerns of Nigeria students.
Ambassador Farouk therefore advise the Minister to honourable resign immediately as he has proven incapable of the responsibility bestow on him.
He appealed to Lagosian to join hands with the party to rescue Lagos and liberate Nigerians come 2023.
