IMO GUBER: Gov. Uzodimma Reportedly Withdraws From Race, Endorsed PDP Candidate Anyanwu

Following pressure and rejection by the Imolites, organized labour group, IPOB, MASSOB and other Igbo groups the Imo state governor Senator Hope Uzodimma has allegedly withdrawn from the 2023 Imo state governorship race scheduled for Saturday 11th November 2023.

Senator Uzodimma was quoted to have said in a statement that he wouldn’t want to continue in the war called politics, he added that he haven’t been at peace,

According to the statement, he confirmed that over 4000 Imo yourh has been killed during his administration, many communities has also been destroyed

Gov. Uzodinma noted that his further push to become governor may result in killing of more Imolites which he would not want to kill more of his brothers and sister in a quest for power.

Senator Uzodinma claimed that he hasn’t slept since 3 years of his tenure in the office as a governor which he wouldn’t want to continue

You will recall that Imo state has been turned into a graveyard since the inception of Senator Hope Uzodimma as the governor of Imo state.

Imo citizens has also confirmed that electricity has been cut off in the whole Imo state few weeks to the election, airports have also been shut against any entering to Imo state.
