Some of officials of the Delta State Traffic Management Authority (DESTMA), otherwise know as Okowa Police, have been given a shocker of their life in Sapele, the administrative headquarter of Sapele local government area of Delta State.
It was gathered that the DESTMA personnel were beaten to a pulp by some ground of boys known as Ghana Bungers in Okpe Road by Akintola Junction, Sapele.
It was learnt that the boys chased the DESTMA Officials from road before engaging them in a fisticuff resulting to the damage of their uniforms.
It took men of the Nigerian Police to rescue the DESTMA Officials from the grip of the boys who were bent on inflicting wounds on them.
Although the cause of the commotion is yet unknown, inna video, the officials were seen running from pillar to post before help came their way.
