A 7-year-old girl, identified as Mesoma, was allegedly bullied by a neighbour’s son (name unknown), has gone blind after the neighbour’s son, a 17-year-old, beat her to a pulp before dipping his hands into her eyes in Nawfija Orumba south local government area of Anambra State.
The neighbour’s son who younger brother was beaten by another person accused the little girl of being the one who molested his younger brother before picking a fight with her.
It was gathered that efforts by the 7-year-old girl made to explain to the neighbour’s son that he was innocent of the accusation fell on deaf ears.
Trouble started on Saturday February 12th 2022, when the 17-year-old boy accosted the little 7-year-old girl on her way home and beat her mercilessly before causing forcing his hands into her eyes.
It was gathered that the girl who is from a poor family background works with her mother in an Oil Mill, as the mother could not afford her school fees and that of her siblings.
A post by a Facebook user, Ozoemena Gift, is seeking justice for the little girl, as she alleged that the family of the 17-year-old boy was boasting of going scout free and threatening more mayhem on the family of the 7-year-old girl.

What happened?
A 17 year old neighbor of theirs inserted his hands in the eyes of this little girl over a little quarrel between their parents.
This lady on the second picture and her daughter will do all manner of works in the Mill until last week, they stopped coming.
I didn’t notice untill yesterday when I saw her dragging this little girl along. Tears in her eyes and a bag filled with drugs in her palms.
When I asked her what’s the matter, she started crying. She sobbed uncontrollably, lamenting that her daughter has lost her eyes. She’s blind already.
I went numb.
I’m annoyed.
I’m perplexed.
I want this child to get help. The village isn’t doing anything about this. She’s a widow too.
I don’t know who to contact.
Please, can anyone help me with the best way to go about this.
She needs help.
This little child needs Justice.
Because the perpetrator is even boasting of the worse to come, I will want this to go viral until this little girl gets help.

For people asking for the location, I’ve edited my previous post and added the location. This happened in Nawfija, a town in Orumba south part of Anambra state.
Another sad story is that there’s no phone number to reach this woman on. I went to their apartment twice today but their neighbors said they(the woman and her child) have been to the Vigilante office since morning.
Hopefully, I will make a detailed video by evening recording this lady and her child.
