“I will address the arm forces as being a confident Commander in Chief. I think I have understood the arm forces as I have done enough research. We need to motivate the arm forces very well, within 18 months banditry should come to an end.

“And we should be able to deal with the issue of terrorists in the northeast and who have now migrated to the northwest and secretly coming towards the south”, disclosing that one of the ways his administration would handle the issue of insecurity and unrest among the youths is to recruit them into the law enforcement agency.

He added that many of the extra legal and paralegal security institutions been setup all around the country would be merged into the security agencies to enable security operatives conquer banditry at the community levels.

The SDP presidential candidate, pointed out that he has been in public domain and have won several awards and recognitions to his honour both nationwide and statewide.

According to him, “this is not my first time in the public, I have been in the public for sometime, I have been airing my views. I have been with President Goodluck Jonathan when he was the sitting president.

“I have virtually been with every president who have ruled this country, I have been a lawyer. I come from a professional background where we are not allowed to advertise ourselves but those who have engaged with me, knows me

“I have employed thousands of workers. The Federal government of Nigeria, has given me the employer of the year award a number of times, NYSC have given me a number of times, the state has given me taxpayer of the year award.

“I am engaged in agriculture, pharmaceutical and those in the pharmaceutical industry knows me very well” stressing that SDP is the only party in the country which conglomerate professionals from all works of life.

He said the first presidential candidate of the party was not a professional but from the civil service but he was elected in 1993.

“What I will do when I am elected is to run government as it is. We need to do what we are elected to do and do what we say we will do. What we need in the country is someone who will assemble a presidency that does not work against the president.

“The presidency that is sufficient and does not fight within itself, the presidency that is now attracting talents into the executive branch so that the 5000 all appointments that I need to make as the president will be the best of Nigerians not those who are advantage in politics or those who have money to sponsor politicians.

On the economy, he said: ‘I will address the National Assembly within 90 days of being elected to give to you the State of the federation so that we can understand what is going on in this country”.

On his cabinet, Adebayo, said he would recruit his cabinet before he would be elected “and I will give Nigerians within two months to search the records of those we are proposing and we are going to attach portfolios to them even before I send them to the National Assembly so that you can ascertain their behaviours and the jobs they are going there to do so that there will be nothing to speculate about”.

Continuing, he said: “And I will have four or five teams of such appointments so that if anyone fails and falls off the wagon, so that it doesn’t rot completely, I can easily replace”.

Candidate of the party in Delta State, Olorogun Barr. Kenneth Gbagi, who applauded the party’s presidential candidate, noted that Adebayo, is the president the country needed at this point in time.
