All roads lead to St. Mulumba’s College, Okpanam, as plans have been concluded by the Community to host their illustrious son, Chief Patrick Ukah, the Secretary to the Delta State Government (SSG) to a grand reception.
Chief Ukah, a grassroot political heavyweight, is a traditional title holder of Akatakpo Enyi 1, hails from Okpanam Kingdom, Oshimili north local government area of the state.
According to the Chairman of the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) for the ceremony, Mr. Innocent Uchibuolu, the event would hold from 11:00am on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at St. Mulumba’s College, Okpanam, a suburb of Asaba, the state capital.
The state governor Senator (Dr.) Ifeanyi Okowa, is scheduled to be the Special Guest of Honour during the ceremony, while the Ugoani of Okpanam Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Dr. Michael Mbanefo Ogbolu, would be the Chief Host.
Invited guests are advised to strictly observe all COVID-19 protocols.
