The post on Facebook by one Amaka Ozuah Dandeson, on Rant HQ Extension, a Facebook page, has thousands of comments.
According to the dark complexioned lady, “This my bussines, I started it in 2018, when I was still in omugwu. One day, I was gisting wit my hubby when he jokingly called me a liabilty”.
She said she was shock when she was addressed in that derogatory manner, “I was shock and I took correction, I went to some uncompleted houses to beg for plank and zink”.
She disclosed that a total of N10, 000 was in his account but she decided to empty it for the purpose of going into business.
“And after then I went to my acount I had N10, 000, I withdrew N9, 000 started selling foodstuffs in front of my house and I was able to safe 35k
“I bought container I was still saving without anyone helping me I will tell you story of how I made this my engine, I brought out bottle of hot drink everyday I save N100.00 in the bottles that is how I made it”
She appreciated God for the opportunity just as she disclosed that when her husband’s work got grounded, they fed from the shop.
Hear her: “Thank you Jesus, I am forever grateful Lord. Did I tell you that even when hubby work stop we feed from my supermarket. Oh God I remain grateful”.
She called on women to keep pushing as they shall surely make it.
