An unidentified policeman was spotted in a video giving cash gifts to a tricycle operator and his passengers in Okpanam, Oshimili north local government area of Delta state State.
In the viral video, the policeman had stopped the tricycle, asked for his permit, which was given to him.
He checked it and returned it before saying, “Merry Christmas and I have a package for you.”
He then brought out some cash, which he distributed among the occupants of the tricycle.
