A building material dealer, Victor Uzochukwu, has allegedly beaten his wife, sister-in-law and mother-in-law to a pulp over burnt food and damage done to his car by the wife while taking their kids to church.
Trouble started when Mrs. Uzochukwu, forgot the pot of soup she was cooking, causing to burn while the house was overtaken by smoke.
It took the timely intervention of the husband who returned from to save the situation.
The husband who was miffed with the wife for using his car to crash previously allegedly bounced on the wife, the sister-in-law who stopped by the deliver a message and the mother-in-law whom one of the children called to intervene also got a fair share of the domestic violence.

Bros ST, Good Afternoon Sir. My uncle advised we write you to report an issue in our family on grounds of domestic violence and threat to life by the husband to my sister, my mother and his wife (who is also my sister).
This happened when his wife burnt food and there was smoke and she wasn’t there in the house bcos she forgot. The food was already cooked but when she finds out there was still water, she put it back on fire to dry up and she forgot and left the house. God in his infinite mercy touched the husband to come home at that moment he did to save the situation.
He called my mom and warned her to warn her daughter that as he is speaking, his house is on fire this instant. My sister his wife rushed back home and find out that it’s only smoke in the kitchen and burnt food.
She flogged herself on being forgetful and told her husband that thank God he came on time to save the situation. My mom came the evening and said same like a mother would. That he shouldn’t be angry.
That he shouldn’t be angry. That this is temptation.. that in all of this he should thank God e no pass lie this. He told her to get out of his house. She left. The next day, he started again on how his wife wanted to burn his house down, insulting my mom in front of his wife and her sister who dropped by to give her something.
No one answered him until when he brought in the car incident issue the wife had few days ago. She accidentally hit his Camry big for nothing motor on a slab opposite their compound while taking the kids to church.
He was throwing insultive words to his wife mother and complaining about how she hit his car. The wife said “all you think of his material things.. you don’t value lives, you are not even thankful that nothing happened to ur wife and kids but you are still on the car”.
“I gave u 10k already to fix it” he complained angrily that 10k won’t be enough and his wife told him okay since he is owning her 85k, he should take some from there.
He got angry and said he is not owing her any money. She told him, thank God it’s on record. And he rushed her and started punching her in from of her sister, she tried separating them and he beat his wife’s sister also. His daughter called her grandma (the wife mother) that her father is beating her mom.
The poor woman rushed down to the house on getting to the gate, the husband rushed her mother in law and started pushing her away. Beating her in the process and pushed her hard, she hit her face on the slab. He picked a big sick wanting to hit her head.
My sister the one who was separating fights that he hits also held him trying to stop him from hitting her helpless mother on the floor and he swung the stick and hit her on her eye. He didn’t stop stop, he was still busy fighting everyone who tries to stop him until the police arrived.
As we are speaking, we have undergone surgery on the eye in a teaching hospital at Oghale. The doctor said it’s a cornea laceration.
The cornea repair was done through surgery. And the doctor said the vision is zero. The man in question did not show any form of remorse. We were so kind to give him one week to come, he didn’t and we had to consider taking this case to court. It was when he saw how serious we have held this matter so he can pay for all expenses and damages , that was when he decided to come not bcos he is truly sorry but to save his skin.
We have made up our mind to take up this matter as legally as possible so he doesn’t happen again. This is not his first or second time being abusive but this is the worse. And that is why we came to you. Here are the pics sir.
For police station them say make we go resolve matter because he towns people come they beg say them go take care of the eye and the expenses but that is not the case them come today and we give them the write up of the expenses wen we done do which is 325000 but the husband and he towns man wen come this money they bring 100k and the husband of my sister say that nai be the money wen he get to pay n say we should take care of the balance nah so he take waka commot from our house
Me for the first nah court i want make he decided this matter because this no be the first time or second time,nah my mom they want peace upon weten this man do to am. The husband to my sister no dey show any reamos like say anything happen and no of he brother or sister come our house since this matter happen even he own mother never call up till now for 3weeks.
I wan take my sister latest this Tuesday because the eye need urgent medical treatment go Lagos,eye foundation hospital ikeja Lagos our next move nah to take the matter to court for justice. This nah the husband to my sister wen do this to my mom ,he wife,and my other sister wen damage is left eye.
This nah be the matter am been keeping since because for the pass 3 Weeks nah my sister nor dey fit sleep well because of the eye wen doctor wen do surgeon on say nah every one hour doctor say make she dey had eye drop for the eye. Doctor say the black thing in her eye got cut.

The children dey with us for 3weeks nah this man nor even know how he children take dey chop but not the main issue nah my sister eye wen this man damage for ground wen no be he wife. He still come my house open he mouth talk nonsense.
Nah this matter i say make i tell u make u look into. Even the second time wen he beat my sister,my sister born with sc three months later he beat my sister even with push my mom to the wall no body bring the matter out.
I perceive the woman is a reckless/careless woman, but the man overreacted. Beating your mother-in-law and sister-in-law? Mehn, that’s too bad.
The police that is supposed to protect the weak are doing little or nothing to salvage the situation.
This is one of the reasons why having a male child is important. Because I doubt, the sister/mom has a brother/son, else the man would be on the run currently.
