The governor who could not hide his joy on Tuesday 9th February 2021, took to his Facebook page to congratulate the latest DSP
Hear him: “I was at the Special Protection Unit (SPU) of the Nigerian Police Force, Base 25, Asaba, where I joined the commander, SP Omosetemi Agbede-Zuokumo to decorate my former Orderly John Okwubi who is now a Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) and other police officers also promoted to their new ranks.
“Congratulations John! Well deserved!”.
