The Family Thanksgiving which took place in the church Auditorium of Christ Intercessors Church, along Nnebisi Road, Asaba Delta State, pulled in family and friends. In his homily and admonition, the Presiding Pastor, Pst Godfrey Oshilim, emphasized the importance of thankfulness to God, mostly in the time we are.
“Christians should make good habit of thankfulness and Thanksgiving as that is a spiritual excersise that puts paid to our appreciation of our creator who is ever caring and loving”.
Pastor Oshilim appreciated and commended the family of Prince Andrew Obiokolie for their organization and cooperation.
“I have known your family to be a cooperating one and always pulling together”.
He further commended Prince Andrew for his dutifulness and examplary Christian living.
“You have proven to be a Courageous and hard-working Christian. You are by dedication and hard work come through in life with an impressive accomplishments. You are indeed a good family man”, he said.
The sea of family and friends that came to felicitate with him followed him home, where entertainment and merriment continued.
